Must attach the following documents with the email:

  1. A scanned copy of the ownership document for the SIM (mobile number)
  2. A scanned copy of the NID card

Refund and Cancellation

For online refund:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Go to Purchase History
  3. Find your ticket and refund it online

If any of your online ticket is printed from the counter before the journey date it will not be eligible for refund from the online refund system. It will be eligible for refund from the station counters only.

For counter refund:

  1. Visit your originating station (departure station) and contact the refund counter.
